Where do you ship from, and to?

We're based in Romania (EU) and ship internationally to New Zealand. Orders are dispatched from Romania.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with international delivery to New Zealand of approximately 2–5 weeks (10–25 business days). You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Flat $35 NZD international shipping, and free shipping on orders over $150 NZD.

Will I pay import duties or GST?

Because orders ship internationally from Romania, your order may be subject to New Zealand import duties or GST on arrival, particularly on higher-value orders. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.

What currency are prices in?

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Are the bowls food-safe?

Items described as food-safe are high-fired and lead-free. Decorative-only pieces — such as the cement moss bowl — are for display and should not hold food.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photos?

Reactive glazes react differently in every firing, so colour and pattern vary piece to piece — no two are identical.

What is your returns policy?

You can return a change-of-mind item within 30 days, and you're always covered for faulty goods under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act. See our Refund & Return Policy.
