These Terms govern your use of the ioflow website and your purchase of products. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Products

We sell handcrafted ceramic and home-decor items. As pieces are handmade and finished with reactive glazes, slight variations in colour, pattern, and size are normal and not defects. Images are representative.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are payable at checkout. Import duties or taxes that may apply on delivery in New Zealand are the customer's responsibility, as set out in our Shipping Policy. We may update prices at any time, but not for orders already accepted.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship from Romania to New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and consumer rights

Returns are handled under our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer rights of New Zealand customers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986, or applicable EU consumer law.

7. Intellectual property & acceptable use

All site content is owned by or licensed to ioflow and may not be copied without permission. You agree not to use the site unlawfully or to disrupt its operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ioflow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer guarantees.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. This does not deprive New Zealand consumers of the protection of mandatory consumer-law rights in their country of residence.
